When you're sitting, holding hands, move closer to the girl, inhale the scent of her hair and say

Oh, such a wonderful smell, I have to try so hard not to kiss you.

Now lean back and say:

Listen, we need to keep some distance.

Get a little cold/distant (IOD) and wait for her to send you an IOI. If you've done everything right, she'll resume Kino with you herself. As soon as she does, lean in and kiss her.
