Hand in Hand

The first time you make a Move (to the bar, to a quieter place), offer your elbow and then lead her. This is quite innocent.

Later, when you walk together again, and you’ve built (if it’s going well) comfort, offer your hand and lead her across the venue, holding hands. This assumes a higher level of trust and subtly signals that the relationship is progressing.
