The Ability to Lie

Tell a girl you want to see how smart she is and whether she can lie. You can bet a drink on it – it’s a cool add-on to the game.

I’m going to ask you 5 questions and all you have to do is lie in response to each one. For example, if I ask you: what color is the sky, and you answer “red,” then you win. Simple enough? Okay, first question...

The first 3 can be anything: “What color is my shirt?”, “What day is it today?”, “Where are we?”, “Where are you from?”, “What’s your favorite drink?”

Then stop, look at her quizzically:

Hmm, how many questions have I asked you so far?

If she says 3, which almost everyone does, you win.

If she’s smart and catches that this is the 4th question, smile, nudge her shoulder lightly and say:

Ah, you’ve played this game before, haven’t you?

Almost certainly she’ll say “No!” and laugh, and then you win. Keep teasing her.
