Best suited for bars and clubs, used on women who look like they've had breast augmentation surgery or are seriously considering it.

My friend's girlfriend is planning to get breast augmentation surgery and wants to show him the results on her birthday. He has no idea about it and I don’t think he’ll be happy. Should I say something to her? Or to him?
